With a Bachelor of Science in Conservation and Wildlife Biology, Steven has a decade of experience in ecological roles, and a recent emphasis in Zoology.  In particular, he has specialist skills in ornithology, studying avifauna throughout Australia over more than 14 years.  Steven is experienced in biological assessments using a range of survey techniques, across various regions, and he is capable of survey design for fauna assessments across a range of groups, and for all key conservation-significant fauna species relevant to Western Australia.  He is proficient in desktop assessments, data analysis, GIS and reporting.  He also has capabilities in project management and community stakeholder consultation, including in an environmental education context.
